Rationing and preparedness

Many goods were in short supply during the Second World War. People were given ration coupons (4) that determined how much everyone could buy to ensure that there were enough potatoes, coffee and butter to go around. After the war, emergency banknotes were printed that were to be issued if Sweden was attacked. They were never used.
