1 daler silvermynt, Ljusnedal, Fredrik I, 1746
Many new copper mines opened in Sweden in the mid-18th century. Ljusnedal and Ljungdalen in Härjedalen were two of the biggest. In 1746, the owners were given the right to make plate coins in Ljusnedal from the copper they produced.
The centre stamp of this plate coin bears an L in a mirror monogram, indicating that it was made in Ljusnedal.
