1 daler silvermynt, Avesta, Karl XI, 1674

The plate coins produced in 1674 have either a centre stamp depicting a star between two lilies – indicating that the copper comes from the Garpenberg mine – or three stars in a row, indicating that the copper comes mostly from the Falu copper mine.

This plate coin depicts a star between two lilies and was struck after 27 October 1666. This means it is heavier than the ones with three stars in a row, which were struck after 20 February 1674.
