8 mark, Torun, Karl XI, 1670

Between 1655 and 1658, the town of Thorn, now Torún, in north-west Poland was controlled by Sweden. At that time, Sweden minted silvermynt coins in an 18 groschen denomination. The year is not shown on the coin, but the 18 groschen denomination is indicated in Roman numerals, XVIII.
