5 öre, Köpenhamn, Christian IX av Danmark, 1984

The lowest Danish denominations were struck in bronze and all had the same motif: the king's monogram ‘C IX’ (Christian IX) and the coin's denomination surrounded by a dolphin, a symbol of seafaring, and an ear of barley, a symbol of agriculture. The last 5-øre coins were struck in 1988.
